City of Fairview Heights Partners with CivicPlus for Website Design

The City of Fairview Heights needed to replace an outdated, hard-to-manage website that was not mobile-friendly and offered limited functionality for residents, visitors, and staff. To improve its digital presence and better share city information, it turned to CivicPlus and its Municipal Websites CMS.

CivicPlus redesigned the city’s website with a more flexible, mobile-optimized platform and added modules that support alerts, forms, department-managed updates, and future intranet/newsletter features. The new site improved usability and content management, freed up IT staff time, and gave the city better tools to promote parks, recreation, and civic information, with ongoing training and support helping ensure continued success.
