Bucks County Relies on CivicPlus® and its People to Create Positive Civic Experiences

Bucks County, Pennsylvania, needed to replace its aging official county website and modernize its digital services, especially as the pandemic increased demand for online access. The county turned to CivicPlus and its municipal website design and hosting software, along with digital services and automations, to create a better experience for residents and staff.

CivicPlus implemented a new modern website and helped Bucks County digitize six formerly paper-based citizen form processes, including requests tied to severe weather events. The result was faster community reporting, improved online service delivery, and a common look and feel across the county’s solutions for both staff and residents.
