The City of Shreveport, Louisiana, led by its CTO and Director of Smart City Efforts, Keith Hanson, was working to modernize its digital services and break down technology silos across city government. Hanson said CivicReady was so simple to use he only needed 30 minutes of training, and the city began using it for proactive neighborhood alerts and development-related outreach. The result was faster, more responsive communication, better public engagement, and a stronger foundation for Shreveport’s ongoing digital transformation.
