To improve outreach, inclusion, and ease of content updates, Beaverton engaged CivicPlus and implemented the CivicEngage CMS so non‑technical city staff could more efficiently manage site content and civic services.
CivicPlus delivered an award‑winning CivicEngage site with features like Calendar filtering, Notify Me, and Form Center, making event discovery, communications, and community feedback far easier. As a result, Beaverton earned a Sunny Award for transparency and an A+ city website grade, saw increased user engagement through event filtering and subscriptions, and gained faster, more effective resident feedback via Form Center.
