University Hospital Southampton receive Staff Retention and Wellbeing Employer of the Year award

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust faced the challenge of improving staff retention and overall workforce wellbeing while being able to evidence service uptake and outcomes. To support its Live Well staff wellbeing programme, the Trust worked with Civica and implemented the eOPAS occupational health management software to capture accurate, reportable data for occupational health and HR teams.

Using Civica’s eOPAS, teams produced management reports that demonstrated uptake of services and allowed proactive management of staff health, directly supporting interventions and continuous improvement. The data-driven approach contributed to measurable improvements in retention and wellbeing and helped the Trust win the Staff Retention and Wellbeing Employer of the Year award.
