The project carried a difficult business plan, challenging timelines and high expectations for functionality and commercial terms built into a five‑year agreement, prompting the council to seek a partner able to meet those requirements.
Civica implemented its Civica Collections solution and client portal—now used as the council’s full suite—working closely with The City of Cardiff Council to shape the product roadmap and prioritise high‑value additions.
