Deloitte, a global professional services firm, needed to turn complex risk management and compliance material into modern, engaging digital learning because their existing global platform lacked state-of-the-art features. Deloitte selected Civica as their learning content partner to create creative, technically robust risk-management curriculum content, working alongside the Agylia LMS and mobile apps to deliver those experiences to staff.

Civica worked with Deloitte subject-matter experts to produce high-quality digital learning — immersive videos, time-sensitive interactive scenarios and gamified eLearning — that was integrated into Agylia’s platform for mobile access, offline use and full tracking. The combined solution reached Deloitte’s UK and selected European staff (around 20,000 users) and, since going live, has supported over 250,000 completed risk and compliance courses, demonstrating strong adoption and improved compliance reporting.
