A Civica Case Study
Camden Clinical Commissioning Group engaged Civica Engagement Solutions to recruit, set up and manage a Citizens’ Panel to gather representative views across age, gender, ethnicity, socio‑economic status and health conditions. The CCG’s challenge was to build and maintain a panel of at least 1,000 Camden residents able to undertake regular qualitative and quantitative work that would feed directly into strategic health and care decision‑making.
Civica delivered end‑to‑end engagement services—using demographic profiling and the Civica Engage membership management solution—to recruit and segment a representative panel of over 1,000 residents, manage communications, run focus groups (on GP access, children’s services, care navigation and social prescribing) and provide survey design and analysis. The programme produced measurable outcomes: a 1,000+ strong, demographically representative panel, regular insight reports (including on self‑care and mental health) and improved citizen input informing Camden Clinical Commissioning Group’s service transformation.
