Daikin Applied (UK), part of Daikin Industries and a manufacturer of HVAC systems in Northumberland, struggled with disconnected HR, payroll, time & attendance systems and inconsistent spreadsheet-based records while payroll was processed externally. To centralise data and eliminate rekeying, Daikin Applied (UK) selected Civica’s integrated solutions for HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance, including a self-service portal.

Civica implemented the integrated suite and a one-month pilot, going live within four months, which allowed data to be entered once and flow automatically between systems.
