Warwickshire & West Mercia Community Rehabilitation Company needed to move into new premises and put in place its own secure IT platform to access nDelius and other Ministry of Justice systems. Facing a strict MoJ deadline and the risk of financial penalties, the CRC ran a competitive tender and appointed Civica to deliver accredited infrastructure, telephony and managed IT services.
Civica implemented a PSN-compliant, OFFICIAL‑SENSITIVE accredited environment including telephony, LAN/WAN and secure managed hosting, backed by a Civica service delivery manager. Delivered in six months, the solution supported 250 users across nine sites from day one, met the MoJ transition deadline (avoiding penalties), and provided a scalable platform with ongoing Civica support and measurable operational readiness.
