Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, formed by merging Frimley Park, Wexham Park and Heatherwood Hospitals, needed to streamline occupational health processes, merge historical data and provide an intuitive 24/7 self-service system for employees and applicants while addressing GDPR concerns. Frimley Park had used Civica’s eOPAS for 17 years, and after evaluating options the newly merged Trust selected Civica and its eOPAS solution.

Civica rolled out eOPAS across the whole Trust, managing data migration, training new users and configuring a feature-rich self-service portal so staff can complete forms and view reports around the clock. The single-system deployment delivered rapid efficiencies across the organisation, enabled the Occupational Health team to manage a full range of cases and generate management information to shape the service and demonstrate compliance, and Civica continues to provide enhancements to reduce GDPR workload.
