AAF International, a global manufacturer of commercial air filtration and pollution control systems with more than 3,000 employees, needed to modernise HR to support its people‑centred management (PCM) framework. Its 20‑year‑old HR database was slow, error‑prone and unable to support PCM or bring payroll back in‑house, so AAF selected Civica’s integrated HR, payroll and Time & Attendance solutions to simplify processes and enable automation.

Civica migrated 20 years of records and rolled out Civica Payroll, HR and Time & Attendance (including a self‑service portal and fob-based clocking) with rapid adoption and minimal disruption. The implementation delivered quick wins—rolled out in time for the new tax year, it saved a full working day a month on holiday administration, made overtime and unpaid leave processing 25% faster, improved time‑and‑attendance accuracy and boosted morale—helping AAF International embed PCM and free up HR for strategic programmes.
