Kent Catholic Schools Partnership, a multi-academy trust that has converted 20 schools (16 primaries and four secondaries), struggled with nonexistent or inadequate asset registers and limited staff time, leaving schools unable to produce evidence quickly for insurance claims, thefts or incidents. To address this, the trust chose Civica’s Parago solution, deploying Parago’s Academy Asset Manager to create a single, auditable record of assets across the trust.

Civica’s Parago team worked with staff to back-catalogue and photograph assets across all 20 schools and roll out Academy Asset Manager, giving the trust central oversight, preventing unnecessary purchases by enabling asset reuse (e.g., iPads/laptops), and delivering 100% positive staff feedback. The implementation saved time and money, improved data accuracy and control of the estate, and was credited by the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership as a smooth, wholly positive deployment by Civica.
