Overbury and Morgan Lovell, part of Morgan Sindall Group, needed to give a distributed, site-based workforce easy access to learning and performance support without bringing staff into the office. They chose Civica’s Agylia LMS (including branded MyToolkit mobile apps) to provide a modern, mobile-first platform for training and resources.

Civica implemented the Agylia LMS with configurable UI, mobile iOS/Android apps, and HR-system integration, enabling upload and targeted delivery of eLearning, videos, events and documents, plus offline access. The solution automated user and learning record handling, increased visibility of available training, and shifted learners to take responsibility for their development — delivering measurable time savings on manual processes and a clear improvement in access and engagement.
