Civica deployed the Coldharbour Mobile Point of Care across MiHomecare’s workforce—over 6,000 carers and 24,000 daily users—integrating with the Coldharbour Community Care roster to capture time, visits and mileage via GPS. The Civica solution delivered real-time call data and e-Care functionality, lifting visit compliance from about 60% to 95% within four weeks (a 35 percentage-point improvement), improving safety, productivity and ROI.
