London Legacy Development Corporation - Customer Case Study

The London Legacy Development Corporation, which manages Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and east London regeneration, faced productivity and mobility limits from ageing desktop PCs and Windows 7 across its ~300 users. Working with Civica as its IT managed services (ITMS) provider, the corporation sought to modernise devices and the OS to better leverage Office 365 and enable agile working.

Civica delivered a phased programme of new lightweight laptop-tablet devices, a Windows 10 build, Office 365 optimisation, corporate WiFi and infrastructure fitouts, with onsite support during rollout. The result: ~300 users upgraded, about 95% now laptop-based, harmonised devices and OS across offices, and a 22% reduction in print volumes — boosting mobility, collaboration and sustainability while Civica continues to support further refresh projects.
