Habitus delivers new learning initiatives to employees across Denmark with Agylia

Habitus, a Denmark-based care organisation of around 500 employees supporting people with autism and developmental disorders, needed a learning platform to “transfer from course to reality” and deliver consistent training to geographically dispersed staff. They worked with Civica (via reseller Roiit) to adopt the Agylia Learning Management System and Agylia mobile learning apps as their chosen solution.

Civica implemented Agylia’s LMS and mobile apps to deliver bilingual (Danish/English) eLearning, videos, PDFs and offline-capable content on iOS and Android, with gamification to boost participation. The solution enabled Habitus to reach staff across Denmark, speed up onboarding, reduce staff turnover, scale economically for future growth, and improve employee readiness and service quality, according to Habitus leadership.
