Cx creates a single view of tenant and property information for Clanmil Housing

Clanmil Housing, which manages over 5,000 social homes and provides housing services to about 10,000 people across Northern Ireland, faced fragmented tenant and property data across multiple teams and no CRM, which impeded responsive front-line services. To tackle this, Clanmil chose Civica’s Cx (Cx Housing) platform to create a single view of tenants and their homes and to support more customer-centric processes.

Civica implemented Cx, integrating it with Keystone and using open APIs to unify data, provide real-time tenant and property information, and add a communication engine for customers’ preferred channels. The project achieved a successful go‑live, faster handling of tenant enquiries, improved visibility of upcoming planned maintenance, and a stronger platform for future technology integrations — delivering clear operational improvements across Clanmil’s housing portfolio.
