CLEAN, a leading UK provider of high-quality laundry and workwear services with a 160-strong fleet, needed to create a more personalised delivery service and drive operational efficiencies through better data insight and real-time visibility. To address these challenges, CLEAN chose Civica’s TranSend electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) and integrated route planning software.
Civica implemented the cloud-based TranSend delivery management solution, providing live intelligence, automated customer notifications, proactive issue alerts and optimized route planning. The system reduced driving time and failed deliveries, helped recover costs from lost assets, enabled customer feedback capture on PDAs and saved around half a day of administration per depot per week, improving CLEAN’s service quality, efficiency and decision-making.
