Sevacare is a leading domiciliary and related care provider supporting over 3,000 people across 24 UK locations and delivering some 40,000 hours of care each week. As it expanded rapidly — including growing specialist services for people with learning disabilities and autism — Sevacare needed consistent systems to reduce branch-level errors, eliminate scheduling issues and integrate new acquisitions. To meet that need Sevacare partnered with Civica and deployed the Coldharbour domiciliary care software suite.
Civica implemented Coldharbour across the business, centralising rules, standardising processes, presenting branch-level KPIs, using skills-matching and providing a resource planner for scheduling. The result, Sevacare reports, is near‑elimination of double bookings and missed calls, clearer performance visibility at branch level, improved care quality via uniform procedures, faster scheduling of complex packages and rapid integration of new branches — measurable operational improvements attributed to Civica’s Coldharbour solution.
