Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) needed a secure, global learning solution that could reach staff anywhere, including when traveling to consulates and working offline. Civica addressed this requirement with Civica Learning, providing mobile apps and digital learning content that could be accessed on PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Civica implemented Civica Learning with offline access, full tracking, and support for Experience API so even mentoring and other informal learning could be recorded. The result was global delivery of learning and support materials, better reporting on learning activity, and a modern, user-friendly platform that was very well received by FCDO staff.
