Civica Learning delivers onboarding programmes to staff and volunteers at headspace Denmark

headspace Denmark, an initiative of The Social Network that provides mental wellbeing counselling to 12–25 year-olds, needed to modernise and scale onboarding and development for staff and more than 450 volunteer counsellors across 18 centres. To move beyond face‑to‑face introduction weekends and theme nights, headspace Denmark engaged Civica to deliver a digital learning solution using the Agylia LMS and mobile learning Apps.

Civica implemented the Agylia platform—branded as the headspace Academy—giving staff and volunteers access to eLearning, events, videos, podcasts and documents via a bilingual learner portal and iOS/Android apps. The solution enabled faster onboarding and ongoing development for users across all 18 centres and 450+ volunteers, modernised headspace Denmark’s learning programmes, and made training available whenever and wherever counsellors need it.
