Civica Involve enables NHS Frimley CCG to collate community views on range of local services

NHS Frimley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) needed a way to capture broad, representative community views to inform local health and wellbeing planning for the "Live well in Farnham" partnership, but COVID-19 prevented face‑to‑face engagement. The CCG chose Civica and its Civica Involve platform to create accessible, mobile-friendly consultations that could reach residents across devices and partner channels.

Civica delivered Civica Involve surveys with visual logic, multi-channel distribution (including SMS via local GP practices), real‑time dashboards and a community website for sharing results. The campaign attracted almost 2,000 completed responses in one consultation period, provided detailed, filterable insights that reduced data‑preparation time and supported stakeholder reporting, and helped the CCG and partners identify improvements and expand engagement across neighbouring areas.
