Multitask, a NSW far north coast disability services provider with about 275 staff serving roughly 270 clients, faced growing field‑based demand after the introduction of the NDIS that left workers without access to office‑based rostering and client systems. Working with Civica — already a CarelinkPlus customer for 12 years — Multitask needed a mobile solution to eliminate paper processes, reduce rostering enquiries and enable staff to complete administration while out in the community.

Civica delivered the CarelinkGo smartphone application (BYOD, device‑agnostic) to provide live rostering updates, mobile timesheets, signatures and client notes; the two‑month rollout has improved accuracy, cut admin time and reduced travel. Civica’s CarelinkGo has saved an estimated 1+ hour per staff member per week, over 17,000 hours per year in process efficiency and more than $50,000 annually, while streamlining rostering enquiries and improving real‑time client data.
