Grant Thornton, a global professional services network, needed a robust way for its People and Change Consulting practice to deliver blended learning and L&D programmes to clients across the public and private sectors—accessible anytime, supporting virtual classrooms, offline mobile use, social learning and straightforward admin/reporting. To meet this challenge they engaged Civica and adopted the Agylia LMS as their learning platform.

Civica implemented Agylia (branded by Grant Thornton as “WeLearn”), enabling hosting of eLearning, podcasts, live online events and recordings, pre/post-course tasks, mobile offline access and social learning, plus admin tools for content targeting, user management and reporting. The Civica solution extended Grant Thornton’s reach across Ireland and Northern Ireland, supported peer‑to‑peer learning among dispersed participants, streamlined programme delivery and onboarding, and materially improved the accessibility and quality of their client L&D offering.
