By deploying Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager, TELUS gave customers a unified self-service interface for provisioning Exchange, SharePoint, Lync/OCS and BlackBerry add-ons, improving responsiveness and appearance while supporting new Microsoft releases faster than their previous vendor. The result: doubled growth in hosted services, high performance at scale, a drop in support calls, better real-time reporting for product managers, stronger sales demonstrations—and the company has only begun to tap the platform’s broader capabilities.
