The PGA of Australia needed a way to improve collaboration across its staff, members, stakeholders, and a geographically dispersed golf community, while also supporting hybrid work and more inclusive fan and player engagement. Webex by Cisco was named the official collaboration technology partner, bringing in the Webex Suite and devices to help connect players year-round with mentors, media, fans, and family.

Webex by Cisco implemented an integrated collaboration setup across the PGA of Australia and WPGA Tour, expanding virtual education, networking, and development programs and rebranding The Players Series as The Webex Players Series. The result was greater reach across the community, better support for women’s golf, and stronger hybrid experiences, helping the PGA of Australia overcome geographic barriers and deliver more innovative engagement across its 400+ annual tournaments.
