Interpublic Group (IPG), a global parent company to 85 marketing and PR agencies operating in more than 100 countries, needed a single, secure and easy-to-use web conferencing solution to standardize collaboration across offices of 12–120 staff. Existing video tools were inconsistently used, and strict client and internal security requirements plus rapid growth made a scalable, low‑maintenance platform essential.

IPG chose Cisco WebEx (plus Cisco Spark) for its Cisco-backed security, simple setup and cross‑platform flexibility. WebEx cut IT support time, scaled to diverse local needs, and is used for meetings, training and town halls across the network—more than 2,500 active users—with Spark cutting design review time by 50% and overall collaboration improved across devices and time zones.
