Clair Global is a three-generation touring production company that provides audio, backline, communications, data, and rehearsal services for live events worldwide. With roughly 350 tours active in peak seasons and around 1,000 artists supported annually, the company faces tight timelines, high-density venue challenges, and no-room-for-error expectations that demand faster set-ups, consistent performance, and lower operating costs.

To meet those demands Clair deployed a Cisco-powered network and collaboration stack—Cisco Meraki wireless and switches, Catalyst and Nexus switching, UCS servers, and Webex collaboration tools—across its Rock Lititz campus and touring deployments. The solution delivers secure, high-density Wi‑Fi, centralized visibility, and rapid, modular network builds; it’s been used at more than 500 shows to support 150+ clients and festivals, enabling faster roll-ins, more reliable performances, and scalable, repeatable deployments on the road.
