Webex by Cisco implemented cloud calling that places calls “out of band” on AT&T’s network to avoid local network congestion and deliver better audio quality. The solution combines AT&T’s network reliability with Webex collaboration tools, enabling users to move calls between phone and computer easily and supporting more flexible hybrid work experiences with improved service quality.
