Affise, a partnership marketing platform for brands, advertisers, and agencies, faced challenges growing customer trust, advocacy, and expansion revenue while lacking reliable ways to measure advocacy or turn feedback into actionable work. To tackle low visibility into drivers of loyalty and difficulty targeting expansion opportunities, Affise partnered with ChurnZero and adopted its customer success platform to better capture NPS feedback, track advocacy signals, and operationalize customer insights.
Using ChurnZero, Affise implemented in-app NPS with email follow-ups, Live Exports to route feedback into product and CSM workflows, a customer review and referral program, Segments & Alerts to target expansion triggers, and automated Plays for account diversification and win-back campaigns (plus payment-method segments to reduce churn). The results from ChurnZero’s solution include a 2x increase in customer lifetime value year-over-year, churn under 2% through the COVID crisis, expansion into 21 business units, 26 product features delivered from customer feedback, and a 7-place rise to #3 on G2 after 40+ new reviews.
