A business unit within the Ministry of Defence (MOD) was preparing for a major transformation program and needed to ensure its staff were ready for new ways of working. The challenge was to conduct a training needs analysis that complied with the MOD's Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) policy, understand future role requirements, and design training to address the integration of emerging technologies like AI. This allowed them to design optimized training solutions, identify opportunities to standardize and streamline delivery for cost savings, and provide recommendations for future technology integration.
