Elenia, one of Finland's largest electricity distributors, sought to modernize its legacy on-premises Microsoft Dynamics ERP system to improve efficiency, enhance transparency, and open new avenues for innovation. Following a public tender, the company selected CGI as its partner to move its operations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the cloud.

With CGI's support, Dynamics 365 was implemented as the central hub for Elenia's operations, featuring over 30 integrations and co-developed Power Apps. The project, delivered on schedule, made operations much more efficient and transparent, providing users with faster data access and tailored interfaces.
