CGI delivered a governed, enterprise data ecosystem under Agile Managed Services, establishing a Single Source of Truth. The solution included a clear data governance structure with appointed owners, a modern data infrastructure covering 24 subdomains, and the development of 48 operational dashboards. Results included over 300 structured data entities, improved operational efficiency, and a cultural shift towards data-centric work, creating a scalable foundation for analytics and AI innovation at EDP.
