Ness Digital Engineering’s V‑Ness unit, which provides testing and automation services worldwide, faced recruitment, retention and training challenges as its workforce shifted toward Millennials and Gen Z. By connecting its systems to Centrical and using real‑time feedback plus personalized microlearning, V‑Ness cut onboarding to about 1.5–2 months (roughly 50% faster).
