Weights & Biases, an ML Ops SaaS used by over 200,000 users, needed to enrich and map relationships between users, teams, and organizations in Mixpanel and to sync custom ("synthetic") events without depending on engineering. They turned to Census to push existing warehouse models (BigQuery and dbt) into Mixpanel (and Salesforce) so product analytics could reflect the product’s user/team/org concepts directly.

Census synced enriched user, team, and org profiles and custom events from the warehouse into Mixpanel, keeping data aligned with current dbt logic and in sync across tools. As a result, Go To Market, Growth, and Product teams now access meaningful, up-to-date data in the tools they use daily (rather than waiting on separate BI reports), improving product analytics and cross-team alignment.
