How LogDNA unlock the power of Salesforce with Census

LogDNA, a centralized log management provider, was losing a significant portion of trial signups and struggling to answer basic sales and marketing questions because lead and usage data wasn’t reliably flowing into Salesforce. The team relied on manual exports from MongoDB and Redshift and mismatched records across HubSpot, Stripe and Salesforce, so LogDNA engaged Census to automate syncing warehouse data into their CRM.

Census implemented automated 1-1 mappings to push Redshift and production-table data into Salesforce (and back into HubSpot), joining application usage with Salesforce records and enabling product scoring. The Census integration removed manual export/import work, recovered roughly the other 50% of missed trial signups so hundreds of leads are now counted and contacted promptly, and gave sales and marketing actionable scores to prioritize accounts—improving reporting, outreach speed, and revenue visibility.
