How Leaflink updated data at scale in Salesforce

Leaflink is a B2B wholesale marketplace connecting cannabis wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. Their data lived in Amazon Redshift and a BI tool, so getting basic customer and product metrics into Salesforce required manual report uploads and slow, ad-hoc processes. To operationalize data inside their CRM, Leaflink turned to Census to sync warehouse data directly into Salesforce.

Using Census to move and model data from Redshift (and into destinations like Google Sheets and Salesforce), Leaflink completed a Salesforce migration with a single team member and gave sales teams live customer lifecycle metrics in their tool of choice. Census reduced data-request turnaround from weeks to minutes or hours, improved collaboration between the go-to-market and data teams, and had Leaflink “at scale and fully operationalized” by the end of the trial.
