Census implemented data syncing from Hugo’s Amazon Redshift to Customer.io and other destinations, enabling highly personalized email campaigns and referral messages. As a result, Hugo achieved 3–4x better conversion rates (300–400%), saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in data engineering costs, and democratized access to data across the team.
