Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, a boutique luxury brand known for provocative design and local experiences, needed to capitalize on the growing importance of Cyber Monday for travel bookings. Cendyn was engaged to provide Digital Marketing services and develop a brand-wide campaign to reach consumers across multiple devices and touchpoints and drive bookings during key need periods.

Cendyn launched a multichannel Cyber Monday campaign—using property-level SEM and social plus corporate banner, GDN, TripAdvisor and additional social ads—and extended the sale into a 14-day promotion. The campaign delivered Viceroy Hotels & Resorts their best Cyber Monday to date with over 1,600 bookings, a 15x ROAS and a 135% year-over-year revenue increase, demonstrating clear measurable impact from Cendyn’s approach.
