Lindner Hotels, a leading European group operating 35 properties under Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels, wanted to boost guest survey engagement and fold guest feedback into operational and marketing processes. Working with vendor Cendyn and using the NextGuest CRM, Lindner sought to integrate the TrustYou ORM platform to increase survey responses, feed survey results into customer segmentation, and enable more personalized guest communications.
Cendyn implemented a two‑way integration between NextGuest CRM and TrustYou: post‑stay emails now include a feedback link that automatically pre‑fills guest details in TrustYou, eliminating manual uploads and simplifying review submission, while survey scores are synced back into the CRM. As a result of Cendyn’s solution, Lindner achieved a 27% increase in completed reviews and a 22% increase in open rates from personalized messaging; survey data also appears in Guest Profiles and arrival reports so teams can act on feedback operationally.
