Coeur d’ Alene Resort’s, a 338-room luxury resort on Lake Coeur d’Alene, faced limited visibility into market demand and relied on manual revenue processes. To analyze total guest value, streamline pricing and apply science-based revenue strategies, the property selected Cendyn’s revenue management suite, including rainmaker and revintel.

Cendyn implemented rainmaker and revintel dashboards, rate recommendations and reporting that centralized reservation, package and geographic data, speeding decision-making and improving cross-team collaboration. The results included a significant increase in ADR and total revenue: transient revenue was up 10.2% YOY and total revenue up 6.7% in 2019; despite COVID-19, transient revenue was up 60% YOY as of October 2020, with total revenue up 9.6% in August 2020 and 7.4% in September 2020.
