Campbell’s Resort, a 170‑room lakeside property on Lake Chelan, faced growing regional competition and had been relying on manual processes and a PMS that couldn’t “see the big picture.” The resort needed a cloud‑based revenue management and profit‑optimization solution, so they selected Cendyn (via its Rainmaker suite) to deploy guestrev® and revintel to automate pricing and better analyze total guest value.

Cendyn implemented the Rainmaker suite—guestrev® for forecasting and pricing and revintel for granular business intelligence—integrating it with the property’s Maestro PMS; implementation and training were smooth and support was highly responsive. Using Cendyn’s tools, Campbell’s Resort identified busy market segments, optimized rates for its most valuable guests, and achieved improved ADR and competitive share plus a significant increase in RevPAR, with plans to add grouprev® to further streamline group pricing.
