Cendyn implemented NextGuest as a centralized guest experience platform that automates personalized, one-to-one email communications across all touchpoints, driving upsell opportunities and ongoing retention. The program produced a 48% email open rate, a 4.5% increase in conversions and generated 1.147m in revenue.
