dm, one of Europe’s largest drugstore chains with over 61,000 employees across 13 countries, faced a barrier to talent attraction: a lengthy registration and form-based application process that hindered mobile candidates. To stay competitive for qualified, mobile-first applicants, dm needed a fast, registration-free way to apply.

dm implemented Textkernel’s Quick Apply for SAP SuccessFactors (developed with projekt0708), enabling one-click applications from mobile devices, cloud storage or social profiles; semantic extraction auto-fills application fields so candidates only perform a quick final check. The result: faster, more convenient applications, fewer email bypasses of the standard process, easier intake of manual applications by HR, and an improved candidate and recruiter experience.
