To address this, U.S. Bank engaged Carahsoft to deploy Liferay and build a single, customer-centric portal (Pivot) to provide unified access, single sign-on and self-service tools.

Carahsoft implemented the Liferay-based Pivot portal, centralizing deal data, documents, alerts, change-tracking and historical self-service reporting while enabling easier integration and faster development through modular portlets. The solution reduced implementation and development effort, improved client adoption and satisfaction, and helped U.S. Bank win new customers, boost retention and generate new business revenue.
