A Capita Case Study

Preview of the The Children’s Trust Case Study

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury and neurodisability

The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury and neurodisability, needed to respond to tighter regulatory expectations and prove the quality of its services across a complex organisation. It turned to Capita’s CHKS Accreditation to help drive improvement, build trust with commissioners, and support long-term sustainability.

Capita’s CHKS Accreditation helped The Children’s Trust embed continuous improvement, standardize processes, and strengthen its culture of quality across the charity. The result was organisation-wide improvement, a boost in staff morale, and external validation through CQC and Ofsted inspections that rated the charity ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, with the charity noting it was the first children’s charity to receive CHKS accreditation.
