First Rate, a financial services firm, faced the challenge of unlocking the talent within its teams to create thought leaders and share knowledge. They partnered with vendor Capita, using their Tessello platform, to develop a new long-term learning and development approach.

Capita's solution, called "FRESello," empowered users to engage in specialist communities, access bitesize and blended learning, and feel closer to leaders. The results were significant, with thousands of comments and replies shared in the community. Most notably, each learner completed over 80 learning resources, demonstrating high levels of engagement.
