Cashplus, a leading UK digital banking partner for small businesses and consumers, needed a print provider to handle rising volumes of credit card statements and deliver a consistent, personalized customer experience. Capita was brought in to manage print and despatch after Cashplus’s previous provider could only handle small to moderate volumes.

Capita implemented a secure white-paper statement production and mailing solution, with templates, data mapping rules, digital PDFs, and six monthly data submissions from Cashplus. The result was 1.2 million images generated and 636,000 packs despatched, with 100% of statements printed and sent within agreed service levels, improved traceability, reduced costs, and lower raw material usage.
