Channel 4 launched a company-wide initiative to raise awareness of menopause and normalize conversations about it in the workplace. The challenge was to make the topic feel approachable and informative so managers would feel confident supporting staff, while keeping the experience engaging and aligned with Channel 4’s brand.
Capita supported Channel 4 by designing a 20-minute e-learning course in Evolve with a lively, magazine-like style, bold graphics, and a cheeky tone of voice. The result was a more engaging learning experience that built confidence around the topic and ended with a clear call to action, helping encourage follow-up conversations and support for employees.
